Can I amend my existing order?
Yes you can, just call us on 01736 330713 up to the day before dispatch and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
Where do you get your fish from?
With our own fishing fleet here in the South West, Cornwall, we supply the majority of fish directly from our own boats.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE with all orders with a minimum value of £35
Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
Due to transport limitations, we are unable to deliver on Bank holidays.
How soon will my order be delivered?
It will depend on when the order is placed so here are the last opportunities for delivery on a set day.
Monday midday – Wednesday delivery
Tuesday midday – Thursday delivery
Wednesday midday – Friday delivery
Wednesday after midday to Saturday midday – Tuesday Delivery
you can also request specific days if ordered in advance of the above.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum spend on any order is £35.
What are my payment options?
We are currently taking all payments over the phone so please when ordering provided a contact number and we will call for payment.
What if I am not at home to receive my order?
We can instruct the courier to leave in a safe place if not in, the box is insulated and will be ok for the day of delivery.
